Think of AGM's and the image of club blazers and formal rules and regulations spring to mind - fortunately SingletrAction AGM's are much more in keeping with their biking and democratic ethos with chat, information, tea and cakes being the running order of the day.

Despite the well attended dig day, and promise of glorious spring sunshine and dry(ish) trails, over 20 members gathered to discuss the previous years successes, highlights, lowlights and potential plans.

Reports on developments were received from the four corners of Yorkshire and some exciting new opportunities to raise SingletrActions profile were discussed, along with a small number of formalities including keeping the cost of SingletrAction membership at the truly inflation busting £15 it currently is !

If you've ever shied away from belonging to a club for fear of getting knotted up in the red tape then you've never been to a Singletraction AGM. Join up, come along and have your say, and with sufficient numbers next time we might even get through the stack of biscuits and cakes that everyone brought along.

Last winter has taken its toll on Stainburn's Warren Boulder Trail and as a result a lot of shortcuts and deviations off the original line have arisen.

Whilst the Trail builders work to rectify this we would ask that visitors try to stay within the limits of the original trail.
