OK, to kick off a week long festival of "F*ck me I'm 40 and wot have I achieved?" celebrations...

How's about Spring Wood this week? We could have a go on those lovely new berms in Buck Wood and re-run the tasty flowy bit that Si showed me & Rob last time we did the ride. Plus it's been a while since I rode Dracula's An*s.

White Cross pub, Guiseley, 6.45pm for 7pm.

Special request for PJ - come on mate, it's not the same without you.

And I'll buy the pints in the pub afterwards, can't say fairer than that.

Big gap jump? As in things to do before you're 40?

First one is not much bigger than the lock drop at Esholt you just need to go a bit further to hit the downslope.

How did the road jumping go? Yet another one just down from the wall now.
