Yep I should be there - assuming my legs are up to it - did another of those duathlon thingies today - over Honister Pass on a roady bike thing with all the wrong gears. But we did win a rock so that's OK.

Ah you missed a good 'un. The rain stopped after 10 minutes and it brightened up. Lots of splashy puddles and slidy turns. Si was on one and took us down a fair few cheeky steep bits without too much warning.
