We're having our Annual General Meeting at Dalby this year to see how well we have done in implementing the motions, ideas & proposals over the last year.

We've changed the usual format a little and will be holding the scheduled dig day in the morning starting at 10am. Once it gets to 1.30pm we'll be starting the AGM down in the courtyard meeting room. People can then choose to carry on digging or come to the AGM and see what's being going on.

We're also going to be sending round a AGM pack with last years minutes and other important documents for people to have a look at before the meeting. Hopefully this will speed up the meeting a little.

As usual everyone is invited to have their say and get involved.

As always if you can't make the meeting but would like something discussing let us know.
